Through the sampling,storing,processing and reconsititute of the received radio frequency signal,Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM) can achieve results of high speed capturing and storing to RF signal.It has become an essential part of the clectronic countermeasure system.This thesis analyze the factors that effect the bandwidth of Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM).At first,we compared various sampling methods that expand bandwidth,introducedthe amplitude quantization, phase quantization,and phase quantification,and compared the parasitic signal power that generated by three quantization methods,verify the consistency of the theory.Associate with the basic principles of the channelized,analyse the feasibility of the pure channel-base that can expand the bandwidth of signal,using Simulink to build mode and simulation.Base the study of the pure channe analisise,we do futher study of the adaptive folding channelized bandwidth extension methods.According to the size of the filter bandwidth of overlpping, we can divide into three condition,non-overlapping, overlapping part of the total band-pass filter bandwidth, over-lapping one third part of the total band-pass filter bandwidth,analysis of the working principles and performance of the three kinds.This thesis analyze the effectiveness of bandwidth expasion by the channelized methods,and provide theoretical and techinical basis for futher practice of projiects.
