This paper implements a novel design of embedded intelligent wireless video sensor network system. The system uses a modular design to implement the basic functions of multi-channel video capture, encoding and wireless transmission. The system has high flexibility and scalability, which can support the implementation of intelligent network control and the transplant of other intelligent signal processing algorithms. With a high value in engineering application, this system can be used as a set of embedded intelligent experiment platform for the wireless sensor network researchers to do the intelligent algorithm research and engineering application development. This paper implements a prototype of a multiple-intelligent agent system with video capture capabilities.Based on the DM6446 embedded processing platform and embedded Linux, this paper implements the system's video capture and encoding functions with Davinci Technology software architecture. In this paper, we also complete a software framework which can support the transplant of other intelligent data processing algorithms. The system's wireless network video transmission and intelligent network control functions are implemented with the use of multi-thread technology and optimized Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP).Through the pratical tests, the correctness of the system design is proved. The functionality and performance indexes of the system are also proved to satisfy the actual application requirements.
