As the key technology of radar signal processing, Radar clutter-rejection technique is uesd to reject moving or fixed clutters around moving targets and reserve the useful signal to improve the detection capacity.This paper describes some related theoretical knowledge of the clutter rejection technology. There are the Moving Target Indication(MTI) technology which eliminate the fixed ground clutter, the Moving Target Detection(MTD) technology which eliminate the moving clutter, the clutter mapping technique which extract the zero-Doppler targets and low-speed small targets, and the Constant False Alarm Rate(CFAR) detection techniques which maintenance the rate of signal detection. Finally, combined with the radar signal processor the writer made, this paper described in detail a variety of design and FPGA implementation of the clutter rejection technology, respectively from the hardware design and logic design, and gives the test results of clutter rejection, which is part of the radar signal processor. The results passed the inpection and acceptance, which demonstrates the system can achieve the target detection effectively.
