In this paper, the author mainly introduces the process of the production and management software system of Changchun ZhongYi Floor Factory. And also describes the software tools, technical elements and implementation process during the system implementation. Through the design implementation of this period, the author has a basic understanding of the production process of the floor factory, and gets a lot of experience from the actual system development.The first chapter of this paper mainly describes the production management.Including the development status and prospects of the production management system, as well as the goals of the production management system. Through these presentations, the author has an intuitive understanding of this system.The second chapter of this paper gives a brief introduction to the software and the core knowledge points of the system implementation process. The structure of the system realization are generally includes the background database and the front software. The author gives a simple comparison on mainstream database system on the market, and finally chooses the SQL Server2000 as the system's database. And the author uses the Visual C++ as the software development environment.Chapter III mainly gives a simple description of the design process to realize the system. Before the overall design of the system, the author does some analysis and feasibility analysis. In reaching that conclusion of the system can be achieved, the author realizes the overall design of the system. And briefly describes the database design process and user program design process.Chapter IV focuses on the detailed design of the database. In order to improve the processes and operational efficiency of the system, the author designes two separate databases. One called material databae and the other called cost database.Chapter V describes the main modules of the implementation process in detail of the front in the software implementation process. This chapter includes the processes of operation and procedures. The implementation of the front desk software consists four sub-modules, namely, data base maintenance module, cost allocation and costing module, check printing report module, and other processing modules. Each sub-module has a composition of several functional modules.The production management system of ChangChun YiZhong floor plant has already finished the base demand of users,fully completed the work of direction production quantitatively.No matter stock,fabrication of parts or entrance storeroom can process working according to prospective pattern.Of course,modularization production testing work has been completed,if you had correlative production plan,the system could complete direction work of production plan.Regard to stock,the precision of BOM,data is nearly errorless,it can implement auto print and summary of all kinds of detail information in the whole fabrication process,also can direct production in details on the basis of usrs' thinking. Each department also can take materials, entrance storeroom by yourself.Through some times of assignment realtime drill,the system has completed periodic implement.Each department has enhanced dependence on production system.Except part type,name,production department,fabrication quantity of system design can implement auto print,the system also add many new date items,it convenient for users to manage all kinds of data.The planning of products which is generated according to BOM tables can be entered into a system by planning department of Changchun Zhongyi Floor factory. We can get production planning orders of Stock preparation department, purchasing department and processing sector through detailed calculation of this system.The whole process above does not require manual interference. The generation of a variety of different designing only needs to the appropriate parameters which setted by managers of planning department.On the basis of precision BOM data,supplied raw material can be used as the basis of production fabrication.As long as all parameters of BOM are right,the centre of stock can operate paths by itself according to production task.Through system distribution,batch feeder plan can process at any time,it enhance the efficiency of production,also avoid the problem of overstock.Each fabrication department process fabrication according to path bills,process scheduling according to the deadline of plan.According to the states of production tasks,gain the situations of production fabrication at real time.It decreased the workload of each department.At the same time,it also enhanced each department's the rhythm and control of production schedule.The manager of storage can check quantity according to task number in the fabrication paths bills and entrance storeroom plan arrangement.If the entrance storeroom time of raw material is bigger than its deadline,the system can refuse to entrance storeroom so as to avoid the accumulate of quantity.It decreased the costing of production,decrease a great of workload of storage manager as well.It enhanced the efficiency and production enthusiasm of staffs.
