Kyrgyzstan Power Plant Production Management System

Ji Lin power plant is internal power plant of Ji Lin chemical industry company. It supplies water, electric, stream to every chemical plant. This thesis stated design, realization and question of production management system.To production equipment, we developed distributed control system on our plant heart-fuel, forming monitor internet, sequent estimated. Computer internet in department of plant, unitilized. Hardware server, Hub, and so on. linking it with every workshop, forming internal LAN. To master production, management and equipment state, communicating to related department and the head immediately. We combine DCS system with management LAN, and though Data base, we can take real time and history record, making our factory's decision more scientific, exact, prompt.Since production management information system, we can do management ,and execute, running parameter can rejust by random, unproved running operation, and decrease frequency, it is effort to improve production rate of working ,getting major and direct performance.
