With the rocketing development of the mobile-communication project andexpends of application field of mobile-communication technology, more and more people are paying attentions to the design and application ofGSM SMS of sending and receiving terminal device.The design adopts thenewest GSM of sending and receiving module TC35I of siemens company. It designs a circuit ofcommunication between TC35I and MCU;makes out a system of sending and receiving of GSM SMS. The system can send and receive SMS,make a call and communicate with PC. The system has many advantages such as low power-losing,small size,liquid crystal display,simply making and so on.The system also can detect and control the state of SMS.The watching and the management system of traffic have used it now.It is clear thatthe system works stabily,operates simply,costs little,makes good use of channel,with large content,many kinds of services,keeping a secret,anti-jamming and a good mart future.The development board is based on Altera Cyclone device-EP2C5,the board extends several peripheral devices such as, FLASH,SRAM,A/D,D/A,LED,LCD,keyboard,serial port,VGA interface,PS2 interface,USB interface and so on.All the devices constitute an integrated embeded development system. The development board offers us plenty of interfaces to meet the need of the device communication and the intercommunion between human and computer,which makes the design and the embedding of the system more easier.The Nios Development Board can meet the need of scientific researchers and other college researchers.This monitoring platform system uses FPGA embedded with Core8051 asinformation processing and control center,to complete the data processing such as warnining information,short message and so on,as well as the control of other module of the platform;itsdevelopment is high efficiency and reliability,and its structure is compact and occupies less resources;communication module utilizing a mature industrial Siemens TC35 module,which is controlled by AT instruction set,to realize the function of shortmessage sending and receiving and short message content reading.In addition,the FPGA also be extended infrared alarm,data memory and other function modules,as well as other peripheral module interfaces,to make the platform system has more function.In the process of software...
