The Design And Implement Of Meeting Attendance Management System Based On Campus Card Platform

With the rapid development of information industry in our country, making full use of advanced information means has become effective way for improving the level of information management, teaching quality, free and comprehensive development of talents. Building information environment of school has become an inevitable choice for leapfrog development.An important construction content is development of digital campus for representation of information characteristic. Along with the rapid development of intelligent technology, the introduction of IC card media in the campus information management has become a trend for improving the level of school of information management.At the same time, the application of IC card is from the unilateral application(such as canteens system) to realize data sharing, resource sharing extension and development. Campus card is an important part of "digital campus", it has the general consumer, identity, financial services, public information service, and other functions.This dissertation analysis, design and implement the conference attendance management system, it is an application subsystem based on card platform. Conference attendance management system can be used in the card management platform through the interface provide by the third-party application docking. The dissertation start from the actual demand of the school, utilize the idea of software engineering design conference attendance management system under the overall planning of card platform. A detailed design has been completed including design principles, design basis, system structure, working process, functional module design and database structure design of system. It also was tested in the dissertation. System design conforms to the standard for education management information system interoperability specification. The Microsoft Visual Studio.NET was used in the development platform. It selects JAVA as development language. System structure adopts standard three layer B/S structure, in accordance with the general standard and specifications for modular design.The system can be used in all kinds of school activities such as meetings, invigilation, patrolling, class attendance and other places. It is a widely used and practical management information system. The system has good expansibility, can flexible handle various special cases and easy to modify the basic information. It provides rich statistical reports, and is easy to query, management security, simple and easy operation etc. It is facilitate the expansion of the system and upgrade so as to maximize to protect the interests of the school to improve the information management level of the school.
