University Experiment Course Scheduling management system aim to use the laboratory resources more reasonable, improve the efficiency of the use of lab, raise the management level and decision-making support, so that it can analysis the supply and demand of the experiment course quickly and accurately, and meet the requirement of teaching and research, make the management and the decision of the experiment center more quantitative, standardized, information and scientific.In this paper, we use object-oriented method and UML to analysis the requirement and do the system design. In order to satisfy the need of administrator, experimental teachers, assistant of the experiment and the students, in form, we use the mixed architecture mode of B/S and C/S, in function, we use multilevel system function architecture, in technical, we use the frame of Struts, spring and UIMS based on MVC module. Use java, XML, data persistence and other related technology to achieve the experimental course management, generate the information database of laboratory and the schedule of experimental teaching of the software campus. In terms of security, use the right management of RBAC; improve the security of the system.This article mainly resolves these key issues:1. Information repository of the experimental course is the core module of the system, it should be operate easily, response quickly and the process should be controlled. In order to overcome the shortcoming of traditional process control, we use the workflow engine to control each node of the repository.2. Laboratory Course Scheduling work should always ensure the quality of teaching and to improve experiment efficiency, not only provide an open environment for students, ensure adequate teaching resources and experiment time, but also should consider how to arrangement course to offer the convenience to the teacher and improve the learning efficiency of the students 3. Generation of the timetable is the most important part of the system, in this paper, we introduce the release search engine, not only help to publish the information but also make helpful to the teachers and students during the course information retrieval.The design and development of University Experiment Course Scheduling management system, improve the collection efficiency of college experiment course information, make the arrangement the experiment course more accurate and more reasonable, and enhance the utilization of the laboratory and the quality of learning.
