Stepped into the twenty-first century, with the rapid development of the network technology and terminal equipment, the concept of web-based online learning has widely known by many people. However, web-based online learning is just a way in which the teaching and learning are separated. It usually leads to the lack of emotional communication between teachers and students, what's more, it reduces the learning enthusiasm of students. The emergence of 3Dvirtual teachers has solved this problem perfectly.This paper considers the characteristics of teachers in reality, designs and realizes the three-dimensional virtual teacher intelligent teaching entity. The design of three-dimensional virtual teacher is divided into four parts , including framework structure design, image appearance design, emotional synthesis control design and voice interaction design. The realization of 3D virtual teachers can be divided into three aspects.First of all, this paper uses the Maya platform to build a 3D virtual teacher's basic model;with the school's action to capture the laboratory to optically capture the action to capture data. Then use MotionBuilder which combined with Maya platform to build the three-dimensional virtual teacher's basic model of animation. Finally, a three-dimensional virtual teacher intelligent teaching platform is constructed. The teaching process of 3D virtual teachers is demonstrated by means of the IFLYTEK voice interactive platform and the application of Multimedia Technology and Application course.By the design and implementation, this paper has achieved the 3D virtual teacher intelligent teaching entity. And we use the Multimedia Technology and Application course to show the teaching process. Through the test of speech recognition, voice response and the accuracy of Q & A, we find that the final results meet the realistic requirements. It indicates that the 3D virtual teachers meet our previous expectations.The main features of this topic include the following three points.(1) The 3D virtual teacher entity model is constructed based on the MotionBuilder and Maya platform.(2) The 3D virtual teacher intelligent teaching platform is used to construct the overall framework structure of the 3D virtual teacher's intelligent teaching process.(3) Taking the course of Multimedia Technology and Application as the demonstration, the teaching process of 3D virtual teacher is designed, the behavior and cognitive expression of 3D virtual teacher teaching process are realized.
