| The PVD coating treatment technology as a new zero pollution andenvironmentally friendly surface processing technology.the product surface colorprocessing technology in the mobile phone manufacturing industry has been fullyapplied and development.However,due to the application of the technologyimmaturity great impact on the stability of PVD color,thereby affecting theappearance quality and market competitiveness of mobile phone product.After the application of PVD coating technology, the technology competitivenessand market position of F company has been further recognized by the customers, PVDcolor differences and lack of coordination still has restricted the production efficiencyand PVD product quality of F Company.In this article, for the heterochromatic issue of PVD product, to by research andapply6Sigma DMAIC improving model, explore a set of PVD color development andcontrol system and methods. According to the concepts and theory of6Sigmamanagement model and the application status in the domestic and foreign enterprises,analyse F company’s PVD color development and control status, research and bringup a set of6Sigma model application system of F company;on this basis,instanceapplied research focused on the6Sigma DMAIC improvement model for Fcompany’s PVD color issues.By successful application of6Sigma quality improvement model on PVDproducts color development and control project, it indicating6Sigma managementmodel is feasible and effective to solve the PVD product discolor issue,such thequality issues of many affecting factors and the many difficulty etc., Increasing thequality level and the market competitiveness of the F company PVD products. At thesame time, the implementation of the project has made good company benefits andgreatly enhance the customer satisfaction in terms of color stability control,accumulating many management knowledge and practical experience to further apply6Sigma management in F company in the future. |
