The development of the real economy is crucial to our overall economic development plan.The manufacturing industry is the main component of the real economy.Although the scale of China's manufacturing industry is huge,but the innovation ability is still lacking,and the overall level of real economy still needs to be further improved.At present,the quality management process of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises generally has the problems of low automation and informationization,isolated and scattered quality data information and backward quality management methods,which eventually lead to the decline of enterprise competitiveness.Lean Six Sigma,as a relatively advanced management idea,can improve the quality management methods of enterprises,but when implemented in small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises,the daily quality management work is often hindered by the significant increase in the workload of data collection,transmission and analysis.The data collection,transmission and analysis are exactly the problems that Io T technology is good at solving,so combining Io T technology and Six Sigma management ideas with the original quality management process of enterprises will be possible to solve the common problems in quality management of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises and help enterprises improve their quality management level.In this paper,starting from Io T technology and Six Sigma management idea,combining with the actual needs of enterprises,using Node.js,Vue.js,Mongo DB and R language as the core technologies and Lean Six Sigma management concept as the core concept of continuous improvement,we build a Six Sigma quality management system based on Io T,and realize cross-platform measurement system analysis(MSA),design of experiments(DOE),statistical process control(SPC),regression analysis and ANOVA functions through Rserve,and realized flow chart,quality function deployment,CE matrix and other functions through front-end technology framework.After functional testing and application testing,the results show that the system is reliable in function,stable in operation,satisfies the basic use requirements of the enterprise,is compatible with the existing quality management process of the enterprise,improves the efficiency of quality management personnel in solving quality problems,and finally,through a period of practical application,key quality indicators are significantly improved(see Appendix A for details of the enterprise internal quality monthly report),which verifies that the Six Sigma based on the Internet of Things quality management system on the improvement of enterprise quality management level.In summary,the innovative work and contributions of this paper are as follows.(1)In-depth research on the quality management dilemma of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises,combined with enterprise needs,an innovative design of a quality management system based on Io T technology and Six Sigma management idea,and completed the design of hardware system architecture and software system architecture of the Io T-based Six Sigma quality management system.(2)According to the actual demand,the software system of Six Sigma quality management system based on IOT is studied and designed,mainly including front-end server,back-end server and data analysis server,and the quality function deployment and CE matrix function are innovatively implemented on the front-end page.(3)The hardware equipment selection and system application testing were completed in collaboration with the staff of the quality management department.Combined with enterprise quality data,the data analysis tools such as Measurement System Analysis(MSA),Design of Experiments(DOE)and Statistical Process Control(SPC)were demonstrated through practical cases to improve the efficiency of quality managers in analyzing and solving quality problems.(4)The system was actually deployed and practically applied in a medical testing equipment and consumables manufacturer,and the effectiveness of the system was demonstrated by the fact that the quality management level of the enterprise was significantly improved as evidenced by the monthly quality reports.
