In the rapid development of today's IT technology, the integration of embedded systems and Ethernet has become a necessity in the development of embedded systems. In this issue, the main aim is to introduce the design of a wheel hub runout measuring instrument with Ethernet interface.In this paper, the design of wheel hub runout measuring instrument is based on NXP's 32-bit embedded processor LPC2368 which based on ARM7TDMI-S core, the control of remote information exchange between embedded microprocessor LPC2368 and the central control room is through the Ethernet. Ethernet hardware interface is made of the Ethernet controller and physical layer transceiver (DP83848), setting LPC2368 on-chip Ethernet controller module's internal registers and the physical layer transceiver can receive and send the Ethernet frame to achieve network data transmission. Embedded TCP / IP protocol stack is realized by the transformed and optimized LwIP.
