It saves a single, Full View of a customer. It provides real-time query maintenance function For each business system. The Typical functions are retrieval, maintaining customer basic information etc. It also provides customer information, customer relationship data for CRM and receives the results of the CRM'analysis. This is the position of enterprise customer information system.Customer Information Management can be divided into two parts from the system function: Customer knowledge acquisition platform and customer relationship maintenance platform. Customer knowledge acquisition platform also includes customer information collection and analysis of customer information.The internal structure of ECIS system can be divided into two parts: One is Core of data management. The other is well-designed application programming interface (API) that connects to the other application systems. The API separates the complexity of the application systems to the Storage mechanisms of the data model.ECIS runs in the host environment. It is called by all the other business systems. The business systems integrated Process the customer information data by interface. The processing includes storage, inquiry, maintain etc. ECIS only centralized saves customer information. Stock data can be moved to the ECIS system by ETL tools according to the rules of the corresponding data item that ECIS can be put into the production system running.Customer information is the most core data in ECIS system.
