Upgrade Scheme Design On Operational Data Store Systems Of Jiangxi Telecom

Chinese telecom industry has constructed many support systems according to the need to develop, these systems are respectively independent or overlap. In order to solve the problems existing in the various systems at present effectively such as data isolated island, data manifestation each different and system connection numerous and diverse, the enterprises urgently need to construct operation data storage (i.e.,ODS).Jiangxi Telecom started construction of ODS in 2007, and ODS realized a basic function of cross-system data exchange owing to completion of an initial success. In the end of 2009, Jiangxi Telecom launched the second phase construction of ODS system. The thesis focuses on design and implementation of the second phase construction. First, the thesis introduces how to improve data integration and expand data sharing scope for the ODS of Jiangxi Telecom. Second, the thesis elaborates the positioning of enterprise data warehouse and the ODS of telecom industry. Third, the thesis focuses on the three outstanding applications during the construction of ODS system.Since the implemention and application of the second phase construction of ODS system, Jiangxi Telecom has taken a solid step for enterprise data integration and sharing, and has afforded a valuable experience for other construction of ODS system.
