With the development of IT system construction of China Construction Bank in more thantwenty years, it’s undergoing transition from data centralization to application integration andfinancial innovation. However, application of personal banking data mining faces a situation inwhich though lots of historical data has been accumulated in each information system, it is stillin lack of methods and instruments to dig out the hidden knowledge behind these data andtherefore it is hard to discover the existing relation and business rule in these data and harder topredict the business development trend based on the current data. However, advancedcommercial banks in the world widely use data mining. They are years ahead of where we arenow in the field of data mining, and achieve the dominant position in competition.As a solution of part of data integration in Enterprise Application Integration, OperationalData Store (ODS) has become a hot research topic in data integration store field abroad, and itsidea has been accepted gradually. In order to establish unified and standardized data model andmeet the need of data information from business operation change in CCB and innermanagement, China Construction Bank Hebei Branch successfully achieved deploy in Hebeibranch based on ODS comprehensive data management platform according to ODS target inadvance. Under the background of intensification of international banking competition,formidable competitors and fierce offensive are coming. Therefore it is significant and valuablefor CCB to realize meta-analysis on business data resource and construct data managementanalysis system to meet the need of business development based on itThis dissertation describes state of personal banking management and current problemsexisting in business data management application in CCB. It explains the necessity ofestablishing general management system of personal banking based on the ODSB data miningtechnique and puts forwards head office management system’s construction target of personalbanking combining with Hebei Branch’s development strategic plan from2011to2015. Underthe guide of ODSB technique frame and Hebei branch’s application model, based on the state ofour bank’s data mining system, it puts forward system construction scheme with a reverse ideathat is from management need system to technique support identification. Moreover, it provesthat this system construction is effective and significant by comparison on before-and-aftersystem construction and effect evaluation. It also proves that management analysis applicationsystem based on ODS is valid and effective and it paves the way and lays the foundation for thesuccessive similar researchThe key contribution and innovation of this dissertation is as follows:Aiming at the current state of CCB first-level branch banks’ data management and business management need, it realizes the analysis application on personal banking data generalmanagement based on ODS.
