| China's comprehensive archives are cultural institutions that centrally manage archives,which undertake the important mission of disseminating archive culture and the responsibility of carrying out propaganda and education activities by using archives.Therefore,as an archival information service platform based on the Internet,the website of comprehensive archives has been endowed with the function of education and publicity at the beginning of its establishment.At the same time,the education service module has also become an indispensable part of the comprehensive archives website.The educational service module of the archives website can effectively display the value of archives through various forms of archives cultural resource services,not only helps people understand the development history and social value of archives and archives work more deeply,promotes and disseminates the excellent national culture,but also sets up new columns such as special archives distance education services or virtual classrooms to make full use of archive resources to provide the public with novel and practical education services.At present,although our country's comprehensive archives website education service module has made great progress in function,content,presentation form and resource utilization,there is still a gap with the actual needs of archive users,and further construction and improvement are needed.This paper sorts out the development conditions and needs of the construction of our country's comprehensive archives website education and education service modules,based on the survey of the current situation of website construction,analyzes the areas that need improvement,and at the same time draws on foreign construction experience to explore the methods and strategies of the education service module construction of the comprehensive archive websites in our country. |
