Based on a large variety of information, Internet is becoming the most important growth medium, along with the constant development of information technology which provides a unique feature of hypertext links, a powerful searching function, an open interactive dialogic environment, and is therefore changing the world.The optimization and integration of the digitalization in the realm of education is a total conversion and revolution of modern educational methods, therefore widely considered as a mean of"betrayal". However, the purpose of education in the information age is supposed to be a cultivation of the students'quality of creativity, resourcefulness and enterprise, different from classic views that education is merely an impartation of knowledge. Moreover, the modern view of education also focuses on the process of education that ameliorates the globalization, capacity of cooperation and information literacy, and the reformation of modern education should hence be an informationalization of it. With the current circumstances of new educational system, for which information technology is the basis, that has been basically formed, the effective integration of information technology and the curriculum, the digitalization of the environment and the resources of education, the research of digital educational methods and courses has been new handicaps of the educators. Educational websites to help students on certain subjects, a new attempt of certain informationalization which involves the utilization of network technology and resources, is a sharp challenge to traditional educational methods, and is thus considered as a lively new subject of the informationalization of education.Mainly focused on the concept and features of educational websites and the dynamic website construction system, this article discussed the theoretical basis, v which includes the theory of the construction of certain websites, the methods of research-based learning and structured programming of the websites. This article proves that the construction of educational websites is a mean of requirement of the development of modern education and the inevitable trend of it, discussing the motivation and significance of it. It is also a result of the current situation of learning resources, a requirement of modern education and an effective method of the improvement of education.The purpose of the systematic analysis of the utilization of educational websites and the dynamic website construction system in this article is to create a practical effective dynamic educational website construction system and the most advantageous solution that can be provided to the high school teachers. Describing with effective and practically operational multimedia content, the article elaborates the fundamental technique of the construction of educational websites, the methods of the design of the basic system and an example of the techniques and theories which demonstrates the process of the creation of the system and provides a detailed description of the layouts, Based on techniques as ASP, SQL and VBScript, the system implements a dynamic system which is capable of displaying various different content, depends on the user and time, and responding user queries. The system mainly uses Microsoft SQL database manager, which provides a fast managemental experience of educational resources and user profiles, and operates using the ADO object model in ASP.Taking the requirements of the users into account, the system offers a customizable theme and title, a large variety of webpage masters for the user to choose. The design of the backend management system, perhaps the largest advantage of the entire system, enables a simple and intelligible website management system. With completely flexible column names and webpage titles, resource classification and management, creation and administration of the forums, verification and admission of user accounts, modification of online courses, etc. To ensure the efficiency of the system, the author demonstrates the technology of the topical educational system by creating examples of learning and utilization of Adobe Flash, Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 and Macromedia Authorware 7.0. After some trivial modifications to the system, it now fully meets the original objective. This article renders the system by the example of Adobe Flash with an especially detailed depiction of the dynamic interaction system.The comment system, similar with the discussion section, is implemented with sub-programs, which is used to load comments, and forms used to read new comments. Sub-programs will write the comments into the database and provide it to the main program. A full test of the site finalizes the system by ensuring the speed, compatibility, interoperability, robustness of the program and the availability of the documents.structures, implementation of dynamic interaction and the style of the webpages.
