| With the development of network communication technology, Web, as an important information media, more and more, becomes one of the most fundamental information sources. Along with the sharp increase of the number of websites, the contents of the website become the most important factor to attract the readers. In the gigantic information resources, only Archive has the qualities of warrant, sole, reliability and authority. At the same times, the reform of the government system in our country, especially the development of E-Government, brings new opportunities and motivations to archive information. More and more archives and file organizations tightly hold the opportunity, and the archives websites are booming to be opened. However, with the factors of economic, service, technology and notion, the total quality of our archives websites are not optimized.Firstly, the article theoretically analyzed the natural of archives website and the reason and the meaning of the construction of the archives website.
