The Enterprise Performance Management System is an information system consisted of many sub-systems such as Human Resource Management System, Project Evaluation Management System, Montly Evaluation Management System, Yearly Evaluation Management System, Job Management System and Project Management. These functions are provided to the all kinds of the staff of the company to do their corresponding operations.This document introduces to the software development method and the general situation of the Enterprise Performance Management System firstly. Then, describes the process of building the model of the system by using UML and UML tools base on the Object-Oriented method. At last, describes the implement of the system by using the technologies base on WEB2.0.The Enterprise Performance Management System has the advantage as below:1. Configurable expression of Evaluation, make the evaluation more flexible and more fair;2. High performance and high stability. The user interface is rich Internet Browser (implemented by GWT, Ajax), reduces the time of page reload, no need to reload the same content repeatedly and save the bandwidth of the network, use Spring as the framework and use Hibernate as the data persistence tier API;3. Full support of the open source technology, cut down the cost of development, operation and maintenance.
