With the implementation of the performance pay reform in Kunming, there are a lot of problems in the teachers’ management in our school, which can’t meet the requirements of the school. The analysis and design of a teacher management system, which can help to solve the problems in the management of teachers, understand the mechanism and improve the work efficiency, at the same time, it is very important for the development of our school information technology and the construction of a good scientific research environment.According to the requirements of the teacher’ Performance allowance management system, using the object-oriented method to analyze and design the system.Using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to analyze and design the system. Mainly to the basic information management, teacher information management, Performance management, teacher performance management, performance management, performance wage summary query, role management, user management, system database management functions were analyzed and designed.In the stage of requirement analysis, using the use case diagram to build the function model of the system, and designing the system’s overall class diagram which shows the relationship between the class and the class. In the system design stage,using the package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and activity diagram to design function model of the system. Using database table design to build system database.
