In this fast-growing information age, radio and television is not the only access to information consulting and enriching life. In that case, how can we make our radio and television programs attract more audience's attention? TV program content and TV program packaging have encountered unprecedented challenges. Facing great pressure, the television producers begin to raise a higher and stricter demand, which not only requires the TV channel program to be grand, beautiful and having a visual impact, but also requires it to have personality and be able to form a unified but distinct channel. To be perfectly accurate, the full name of TV program packaging should be the design and scheme of television brand image, which includes the visual image design and senior TV brand establishing and marketing strategy and so on. From the small brand as the brand of a column to the big brand as the brand image of a whole television channel, even the whole brand of the whole TV media group, are all problems which need to be solved by TV program packaging. The propaganda film of TV channel image is an important component of the overall TV program packaging which plays the role of creating channel image and establishing channel brand. In the current society, the homogeneity phenomenon of the products in the world is becoming more and more serious day after day and eventually the TV programs also face such a developing trend. Consumers' paying more and more attention to the originality and freshness of goods in the consumption makes the strategic competitions of the television brand much fiercer. Therefore, we should carry on the clear localization to the television channel at first in order to establish the channel brand, on which the design and making of the propaganda film of TV channel image is based. Then after judging their own capability, competitors'capability and analyzing the televiewers'market, the propaganda films of TV channel image should insist on unique demands in order to top their competitors.This thesis takes the design of the propaganda film of Yantai TV as the working content of the creative design and implementation of TV channel program packaging. This thesis regards mountain and sea as the design idea through the understanding of the regional characteristics of Yantai city and also merges the cultural background of Yantai with it in order to highlight its own characteristic and play characteristic cards well. What's more, it also makes value analysis of the final result of this research. The final aim of the propaganda film is to be striking, succinct, having conspicuous characteristics, having visual effect of the sense of the times and increase audience rating. In order to reach the goal described above, we carry on deep research and discussion on the form of the TV channel program packaging including the sound (language, stereo, music, sound effect, etc.), picture(fixed picture, activity picture, cartoon), color, etc. The focal point of the project is to stress the region and humanistic characteristics.In order to reach better visual effect, this thesis will adopt the following design plans to analyze the design process of the research object:Design the case according to the region of Yantai and humanistic characteristicsâ†'Confirm the video design planâ†'Carry on the establishment of the three-dimensional modelâ†'Divide the lens to designâ†'Design of the vegetation of groundâ†'Set up the light material and pinup pictureâ†'Play up and exportâ†'The film editing of cartoon is formatedâ†'The specially good effect is designed and made on later stageâ†'Dub, explainâ†'Change and reviseâ†'Select the form to carry on disc-carvingâ†'The research object is over. This thesis also explores and analyzes the problem faced by TV channel program packaging and its development trend in the future and finally, this thesis makes a summary of this research object and proposes the deficiency in the project.
