Entering 21st century, the TV industry of our country will face journalism group's emerging, external media will soak in, the momentum is swift and violent that audience surf the Net. Such new challenge and pressures as the advertising income increase eases up. Within the industry of the TV, build in broadcasting and TV industry grouping, under the wired, wireless drive that amalgamate, thousands of television channels set up at present of TV station above large and medium cities begin to be optimized and recombined. Meanwhile, the TV of our country is being improved constantly too by many demands, the contemporary TV has already not merely been satisfied with the popular program demand mainly. The TV is split up by a large number of many, the obvious difference of orientations of rating, has offered the important condition for appearance that the television channel of our country is specialized at present.Development and making television channel specialization become inevitable by the change of many markets of the TV industry, since the 1990s, the paces on the specialized channel of the TV are accelerated constantly in our country, numerous professional channels emerge in an endless stream. After being joyful, we see. hide a great deal of questions too behind the professional channel is vigorous: The channel makes a reservation inaccurately, a thousand one sides, resources of the program are deficient, etc. Cause main reason of phenomenon these lack to many actual investigation and careful to analyze. So, while television channel specialization is improved, the development of the professional channel should need finding out the consumption subject of the TV badly —Characteristic and tendency that the vast TV is changed by many demands, this will be one of the important basis that all TV stations enter decision and operation.Therefore, we should not stay to the TV on the simple form aspect either, confine to the understanding of the external state, should understand more deeply that is have and contact the situation of the TV mainly, watch the habit and behavior of the TV, grasp their psychological need, attitude, interest, experience and require, know and appraise aesthetically, analyze that causes the reason which receives many rating states, seek the development trend of the professional channel and move towards.
