As the development of age, the education department of country instituted a lot of program, for enhancing the assistance of network technology in middle school. There are a lot of nationalities in southwest of china, but the development of education was slow, how to change the situation and realized the unconventional development of education was this study's thesis. In one hand, Middle Schools' Network as one of the approach to assist the education is an important part in education, which close related with the teachers and students. In the other hand, minority have their own characteristic, it is important to transmit the civilization and educate the students by the network, because of its convenience. So we would study the content construction of ethnic Middle Schools'Network and it is influencing factors, in order to make some suggestions for the construction of ethnic Middle Schools'Network.This study was divided into two parts:first of all, investigated the 49 target ethnic Middle Schools' Network online. The content of school'network was classified nine categories according to their own functions, such as "display and publicize", "informational convey and consultation", "serve for teachers' teaching and studying", "serve for students'studying", "administer", "cultural transmitting", "communication", "technic assistance", "comprehensive education", and so on. The aspects of column-setting, distributing of articles according to their content, construction of application system and updating frequency were statistic analyzed. So did the content about minority. Then questionnaire was used to survey the aspects of personal collocation, employing, degree of satisfaction and ethnic characteristic. We make conclusions as follows:1. In a word, the ratio of schools have set up school network to all the ethnic Middle Schools is low. The content construction and using frequency of Ethnic Middle Schools'Network which as the means of improving the educational standards by the way of using information technology needed to be improved.2. Polarization of Content construction and functional faultiness of schools'network is a problem to be solved. Content of "display and publicize" is the most abundance, and the function fulfill better among the 9 functions involved in the ethnic Middle Schools'Network. But the function of both serving for teaches and students and conveying the concerning information timely remain to be perfect further. On the whole, the quality and quantity of information on the Ethnic Middle Schools'Network should be advanced further. There are several schools'network excellent on the content construction and have been provided with perfect functions.3. Serve as the ethnic middle schools in the area of majority folks convergent, in which the teaches and students hold the opinion that it is important make use of the schools'network to spread the history and culture of the minority widely and provide the curricula source concerning minority. But the teachers and students did not satisfy with the content of their own folks, for the pertinent content is little and the flavor of the folks does not stand out.4. Different service object have different demand toward the content of the schools'network. The students hope that information should be provided to promote their comprehensive development, and data should be given to help them make great advance about their study. While teaches'requirement focus on the data assisting teaching and promoting convey of information.The factors influencing content construction of Ethnic Middle Schools'Network was Investigated in the second study. The factors including belief, fund, management, technology and feature of content were summarized by the way of literature review and investigation of open questionnaire. The questionnaire comprise 29 items assessed by teaches, students and administrators of ethnic middle schools. Statistic analyze of the result and We concluded:the relatively important factors influencing content construction of Ethnic Middle Schools'Network involved regardless degree of leaders, technology level of the technological people, whether the situation of the net was safe, the attitude of the administrators and user about the school's network, the request about the quantity and quality in school's regulations and so on.
