With the development of electronic technology and communication technology, monitoring and control instruments have been gradually automated and intelligent. Also the development of semiconductor technology and SOC technology provides a new program to the intelligent instrument design. Temperature is the most common control parameters in the control area, temperature control system is widely used in steel, chemical and other fields. Therefore, the study of intelligent Temperature Control System has important meanings.First, this paper describes the hardware design, software development, algorithms and interference processing for the whole system. Second, the hardware circuit is designed, choosing various of chips reasonable, within the main control chip making the system simple , reliable and cost savings , resources are fully used. Then, thinking of Anti-interference measures, temperature measurement circuit, Power Module Circuit and Circuit Board are designed, which make the system more stable and reliable. Closely integrated with the hardware resources when Software Design, combined with the thinking of operating system and use clock scheduling method to deal with the tasks, in order to achieve the task module. Thereby increasing the code efficiency and system of real-time. Finally, Control Algorithm is researched. Analyzing the principle of the 8fuzzy control, thinking of the deficiencies of conventional PID control algorithm, combining fuzzy control and PID control, a fuzzy PID controller is designed. Simulation results show that the algorithm is better than conventional temperature control algorithm, and using this control method is feasible.Upon completion of the design, this system is designed for industrial site, and does the experiment in pretreatment of the pipe welding. Improving the system while experimental results are analyst, this improves system robustness again. Experimental data show that the improved system is stable, effective in control, cost-effective, have good market prospects.
