Well type resistance furnace is widely used in mechanical processing industry, it is used for rod type mechanical parts or materials heat treatment, to increase the hardness and wear resistance of parts. Its temperature control quality directly affects the production efficiency and product quality. Enterprises in order to cope with the fierce market competition, to achieve higher product quality often need according to the heating parts of the specifications and varieties change furnace temperature even in a temperature curve of strict control of furnace temperature. Well type resistance furnace with low cost, control system by the low price of conventional instruments, it usually used the combined control method with the double position control and conventional PID control. Because of its nonlinear, delay, big inertia, unidirectional rising, it is difficult to establish the precise mathematical model, and in the process of heating power grid voltage fluctuations and other disturbances are frequent, conventional P1D control method control effect is poor, restricted the further improvement of product quality.Therefore, the design of a low cost, high precision, strong stability of the resistance furnace temperature control system has very high practical value. Based on the well type resistance furnace as the object of study, this paper study the basic theory of fuzzy PID control, furnace fuzzy PID controller specific design method; using MATLAB software on simulation algorithm research, concluded in the resistance furnace temperature control fuzzy PID control algorithm in comparison with the conventional PID control algorithm has small overshoot, control high accuracy, strong anti-interference capability. with STC MCU as core processing unit, using fuzzy PID control method, design a kind of temperature control system of resistance furnace. Expounds the control system hardware and software design methods, mainly to complete design of the control system the core circuit, temperature detection circuit, thyristor zero trigger control circuit, CAN bus communication circuit and CAN-USB converter circuit; Gives the controlling software realization process and realization method of fuzzy PID control with single chip microcomputer.
