This paper discuss the practice application of information acquisition techniques, on foundation of have thorough analyse information acquisition principle, method, performance and limitation of the active furnishment, we go deep into studying image acquisition and process, image measuring and control techniques on the complex condition of lumen as a result, a series of suitable technologies have been put forward. The feasibility and effectiveness have been verified by practice.Studying and designing one high degree of automation measurement for specificity measurement environment, the bionic crawling unit effectively resolved the conflict between high précising and broad dynamic scale of lumen. In the way of information acquisition, proposed based on the diameter measurement of diameter and volume measurement methods. We have design Serial Communication for communication between host computer and lower computer: transmission measured parameters and control command. Stepper motor drive according to the principle of stepper motor control circuit is designed.Because an excellent image must be obtain in the special and complex imaging environment, artificial illumination method should be used. In order to get a relatively"good"image, a scene illumination system design idea has been used and a kind of distributed-LED artificial illumination light source which fits the image obtain in special and complex image environment has been designed and practice shows that the designing can ensure obtain high quality image for measure in the special and complex image environment.Studying and designing the precept and arithmetic of image pretreatment, image segmentation and image calibration by contraposing characteristic of acquiring image and special requirement by measurement system. A set of high efficiency arithmetic was presented by studying multifold image pretreatment arithmetic. It was proved by experiment could enhance image and preserve image detail that required by measurement at same time. The optimal precept of image segmentation that maximum classes square error was established through studying multifold image segmentation arithmetic thoroughly. In the linear positioning, using Hough transform to detection the edge of straight line of the ruler, and then gauge positioning, results show good effect.In software design, using modular design concept, analysis of the precise positioning of several special control, improve the accuracy of the measurement system..
