With the rapid development of single-chip technology and mobile communication system, data acquisition technology is more and more widely used in industry and its daily life. The data acqusition is that collecting anolog or digital information by the sensor or other device under test and then tranlating them into power signal sented to the host computer for analysing and processing.This paper, through the analysis of the information to be callected in the industrial field and the requirement of the data transmission mode, adopting data acquision and processing technology, the wireless transmission technology technology, image acquisition and processing technology and so on, design a industrial field information acqusition system based on microcontroller to collect common information in the industrial field.The signals of industrial field include temperature signal, the switch signal, current and voltage signal, the image signal and so on. Based on the practical considerations of the industrial field, the temperature singal acquision using two ways, including thermcouple sensor used for high temperature signal and thermal sensor used for low temperature; The switch signal is collected by using optocouplers; The collection of current and voltage signals are processed directly through the interface; The collection of image information is realized by serial camera; These signals then will be sented to the host computer for processing and display.The way of data transmission include cable transmission and wireless transmission, wireless transmission has the advantages of integrated low cost, stable performance, flexible networking, and good scalability, and the transmission distance is relatively far away, and in line with the requirements of this system, so this system adopt wireless transmission to sent the signal collected by system acqusition front-end.The main function of this system is to achieve the tempreture,current and voltage,switching and image acquisiton. Image acquisition module is directly connected to a host microcontroller and communicated by serial port; Wireless transmission module us’es GPRS wireless transmission, the transmission of data to complete the system as a stand-alone module.
