The Design Of Machine Vision Inspect System Based On LabVIEW

In this thesis, we firstly introduced the basic ideas, compose and trends of machine vision technology, and analyzed the necessary of using machine vision in the DVE5 Laser condition resistance System.And then, according to the guiding principle of modest investment, mainly skill-based, efficiency as the first, we presented the overall design of machine vision inspect system from two aspects of hardware and software, including the design of Optical Imaging Systems and Image Acquisition System, software writing.The application of machine vision inspection system to achieve the overall resistance of laser repair system of self-repair carved. The success rate of Resistance repair is greatly improved and the efficiency for enterprises is greatly created.
