Research And Implementation The Assurance Technology Of Electronic Document

Fast,convenient and inexpensive means of digital transmission for people to access and exchange of information has brought great convenience with the rapid development of the computer network era.At the same time,the development of computer application software make office automation develop,which greatly boosted the development process of information transmission,sharing and the collection and office electronic closely together.But one of the indispensable information resource files,faced with the enormous global impact of information technology trends:computer technology,communication technology,network technology and multimedia technology-based network environment,the gradual formation of a large number of electronic documents produced and applied,makes archival information quickly to electronic,digital,network-oriented direction.Electronic,digital,network,have enabled people's attention to the "security" on the word.So how to safeguard the security of electronic documents becomes increasingly urgent.Ensure that electronic documents security has important significance in the file management system.How to adopt various measures to ensure security of electronic documents in the file management system of the authenticity,integrity and validity issues were studied in the paper.To build J2EE-based application development environment,put forward the electronic document format PDF(Portable Document Format) as the research object,the electronic documents for the entire life-cycle process,digital digest and more reliable third-party software embedded design,addressing these issues in some way.As the electronic document life-cycle of the main line,that "the authenticity of the two-stage guarantee" the solution envisaged that the introduction of stronger security digital digest algorithm MD5 and third-party software of digital certificates to solve assurance for authenticity;using i-Text parsing metadata,and meta-data encapsulated into the XML format,embedded into the PDF file of a layer to ensure for effectiveness;determine the PDF version and use the keywords field will be guaranteed for completeness. And archiving of electronic documents and the load vector is completed,to take on the storage of electronic documents the way the carrier testing to further ensure security of electronic documents system.After the research,design and development,the program proposed in this paper is better able to improve the authenticity,validity and integrity of electronic documents in the electronic document management system,to provide a new idea and solution for systematic study.
