Electronic file, as a new form of file, is becoming popular as OA System which isused widely in our world. But the security issue is also becoming deterioration.Although information security technology has been developing rapidly, so far, there isno specific security system to project the electronic files.Life cycle characteristics of electronic files as the object of research, based on theanalysis of electronic files characteristics, studied security management and protectionof electronic files within the life cycle innovative and exploratory research in thedissertation1. Investigate characteristics and potential security risk in different stage of anelectronic file (generation and publication, operation and manipulation, transferring andexchanging, storing and back-up, destruction and termination). Proper informationsecurity technology and strategy should be used, to provide full process projection to anelectronic file.2. The relationships between the five security factors of information, humanbeing, technology, strategy and operation is studied, to ensure confidentiality,integrity, usability, controllability, non-repudiation, traceability, to ensure the securityof electronic files, to avoid being lost, stolen, infected, breached, to achieve thoroughprojection and active defending.3. Setting up a file security projection model using B/S architecture, utilizingpublic key encryption algorithm provided by CA center. Encrypt the electronic fileswith information security level demand, to ensure confidentiality of the information.Add electronic signature to the files, to ensure integrity and reliability of theinformation.4. By developing ActiveX widget running on client side, monitoring clientoperation, we are able to record real time operation situation, to achieve supervisingclient behavior and provide access control to the users. |
