Economic globalization, environmental and resource pressures, product personalization demand as well as the high-tech pressure and so on, leading to competition among enterprises extraordinarily fierce. How to achieve sustainable development in the 21st century is an important subject. Green design technology, disassembly and recycling technology of waste products, the ecological cycle of the plant manufacturing technology will be developed rapidly. Step by step from product manufacturing economy to a service economy transition. The center of product life-cycle management shift from the manufacturing to a service-oriented. After-sales service for manufacturing companies becomes a new economic growth point.With the high-tech is widely used in large and complex equipment, its structure become more complex and its function become more powerful, making equipment for everyday use in fault diagnosis, maintenance issues have become increasingly prominent. Thus, the implementation of the network maintenance and repair techniques is of great significance to improve economic efficiency and competitiveness of the industry. This paper aims at establishing a solution for the complex equipment to quick maintain security support system model. In the use of information technology to achieve rapid development, based on achieve the maintenance of complex equipment, agile and intelligent.This paper first explored the equipment maintenance management, methods and strategies. Followed by a maintenance and repair information support model for large and complex equipment was established from the product life-cycle services point of view, combined with quick security and logistical support of CALS, using of UML modeling methods. Then, the prototype system was established based on J2EE architecture. This article focused on the IETM, CITIS, standards-based technology, XML-based heterogeneous data conversion technology and UML modeling techniques. With the Full-Text Search of SQL Server 2005, implemented full-text search for IETM, facilitated the rapid retrieval purposes, provided strong subsidiary maintenance support for large-scale equipment, improved maintenance efficiency.
