In the context of globalization, with the computer hardware and software technology and information technology development, a new type of networked information technology office methods - the "paperless" office, are increasingly being used in business, government agencies such as routine office work and business activities. Business card recognition and retrieval software is a "paperless" office is an integral part of the software is a set of OCR technology used by scanners to identify the business card into the text on a computer that can be edited using the corresponding text, and can be right identification card information after the classified management applications.With the hardware and software upgrades and operating system updates, the increase in customer demand as well as some functional changes in the service focus, business cards, identification and retrieval software re-design and development is a necessary development project for the extension of the lifeline of the software plays a key role.This paper aims to introduce the multi-national language in the Windows system, the implementation based on C/C++ technology, business card recognition and information retrieval software re-design and development process.
