Study And Implementation On Paperless Office System Key Technology In Vocational School

With the fast development of computer application technology, network technology, andcommunication technology, modern office work faces the status of the sharp expansion ofinformation and the sharp acceleration of work rhythm, traditional paper-based manual modecannot efficiently complete the task which information knowledge management needs to bear,green efficient paperless office mode, as a way to improve efficiency, specify office system,reduce office cost, and make it easy for leadership to make a decision conveniently, has beenemphasized increasingly by people from all walks. As the rapid development of vocationaleducation in China, vocational schools are facing new opportunities and challenges. Itundoubtedly plays a significant role in improve the level of running vocational schools if we dothe office work through the paperless office work to improve its efficiency and managementlevel.This paper mainly studied the background of paperless office in vocational schools and thestatus of paperless office home and abroad by analyzing the meaning of designing andimplementing paperless office in vocational education, then designed the general frame invocational schools, studied the relative technologies of access control, B/S model, J2EE, PHP,MySQL, and other system-related technologies, and other conflict resolution for card accesscontrol management in main modules, and the other key technology such as test paper strategyand roll into the algorithm of online examination, put forward the existing distributedinformation management system through integrating the unified information portal platform,unified identity authentication, and unified data center on campus, and the views ofstrengthening the integration, coordination, mobility, social change, and the cloud of paperlessoffice system.
