Currently, many colleges and universities had already completed a variety of applications based on business information management system construction, such as: library management system, educational management system, canteen consumption systems, room management system. However, each application system has its own identity authentication method. So users must remember different passwords and identities, using different media, therefore, there is an urgent need for a platform for various applications, which will be organically combined to make use of a password, an authentication, a kinds of media, i.e. card docking platform. Through the card docking platform, application system - library management system can share the information card platform, the basic dictionary, uniform deductions, using an authentication, shared a vector (campus card).This thesis is based on the actual situation of Zhejiang Provincial Party School .It detailed study and design about the campus card system and the library management system docking platform。The Design primary consider three functions about synchronized data dictionary, certification card information and the fines of pay overdue books. With the interface platform deployment, the library no longer printed library cards annually. It not only reduces the cost of library cards printing, but also makes the library management more easy and convenient.This thesis first described the overview of the domestic card management systems and library management system and pointed out the need to develop docking platform; then introduced the interface architecture, implemented techniques and manner, adopted the popular XML technology for data transfer and synchronization, given a complete design of interface platform based on meeting the design principles and overall objectives. On the basis of the design, briefly descripted the development environment, data structure design, detailedly descripted the function realization of interface platform for data synchronization, deductions, etc. Finally, the thesis summarizes the interface platform, and the future development.
