In recent years, the global EMV migration and the domestic various commercial multi-application's fast development causes the financial IC card and the commercial application union is day by day close, the cooperation pattern innovates unceasingly. Using smart card technologies and so on Java Card will realize in a card to have many commercial application coexisting are future development directions. But in the future, how to manage these coexisting commercial applications in the IC card will become the question which needs to be solved.This prototype system bases on Java Card technology, uses Java Card 2.2.1 API to program applets for realizing electronic purse, multi-application management platform and correlative commercial multi-application. Electronic purse uses in the present financial application. Commercial application makes use of member's accumulate point and discount, or individual information storage and so on. Multi-application management platform makes use of ensuring on-card commercial applications secure and standard. For manage the multi-application, uses the method that"create register in java card and combine life cycle state"to realize that organizer of the multi-application control industry of multi-application. That is creating a register in financial multi-application card, setup and real time update life cycle state for industry application. And then uses life cycle state searching in the register to confirm operation limit. In addition, this prototype system realizes multi-application management platform by applet manner but not program by COS. It is beneficial for researching that multi-application management separate form bank card management.This prototype system will insure and regulate the application of card. And it will enhance the velocity and efficiency of EMV and service quality of bank card.
