The Design And Implement Of Teaching Management Information System

Teaching management is the core work of school management, the work's complexity and integration need modern management methods. Teaching management level can be promoted effectively by using the teaching management information system. The level and capability of educational administration management is a significant part of measuring the level of the teaching management of an institution. So the teaching management information system with management of development is becoming the request of high school management.Based on the actual needs of credit management in educational management of Heze Information Engineering School, Shandong Province, the university education management system design and exploitation are completed using C/S and B/S model with the software development methods. According to the affairs requirements and teaching management process-depth investigations. The system is divided into the following specific subsystems: school management, Course Scheduling management, examination management, materials management, course-selection management, teaching plans management, teacher management, teaching quality evaluation management and system maintenance. The functions of each subsystem will be analysed carefully.At the technical architecture, the system selects advanced sophisticated J2EE technology, uses J2EE-based C/S and B/S combination of the three-tier architecture. In order to build a application system which is easy to develop, easy to maintain, easy to expand, the system uses struts framework technology and Hibernate Framework, which simplifies the development of the client, greatly reduces the workload of database operations.Course-selection management subsystem and course scheduling management subsystem are studied deeply in this paper. Course Selection Management is an important module of teaching management information system, which is the key to achieve the credit system. Automated course scheduling algorithm uses a variety of teaching resources effectively, reduces the burden of course scheduling administrators, and also facilitates teachers and students to look over courses. As for course-selection management subsystem and course scheduling management subsystem, we give their detailed analysis and designing, the methods to achieve are also given at the same time.In a word, based on the analysis and designing of the teaching management information system, program implementation is carried out.
