Design And Implementation Of Institute Teaching Management System

With the amount of students increasing, we need handle abundant students' records in teaching management. The original handwritten method is unfit the needs of today's great amounts of information of the students. The system comes from the author's specialty and experiences.The design follows the whole process of development of software, combines the experience and the characteristic of teaching in Dalian vocational technology college. The modules are clear and of pertinence. The development and utility of institute teaching management system not only improve school managing level and business efficiency but also provide a nicer instrument for school's information management. Therefore, the system saves a great deal of manpower and material resources.The course of development and the related technology have been discussed in this paper. The database used here is ACCESS and the language is VC++. By the MFC ODBC database accessing, the system sees to manage the teaching in college. This system subjects MIS, concludes five modules: user enter module, system manage module, basic information manage module, information query module and score analysis. It actualizes the function of students management, teachers management, curriculum management, classes management, records management, records inquirer, classes inquirer, distributed records inquirer and score analysis. The system has self-contained function, man-machine interaction interface, and good efficiency.The result of the test has shown this system has achieved the expected requirements.
