Victory In College Teaching Management Information System Design And Implementation

With the deepening of China's educational reform and the continuous expansion of university education,the inclusion of information management system in teaching management is required for the elevation of the university management level and the full development and utilization of increasingly scarce teaching resources. Meanwhile, this move would be an important embodiment of the improvement of teaching management level and also a foundation and important symbol of informatization.In this dissertation, the required functions of general teaching management information system were described. Based on the facts of teaching management in Shengli college and and guided by software eningeering and development theory, a detailed analysis and the information of design, implement and test were presented on teaching management information system of Shengli college. This system is both an online processing platform and information service platform based on Intranet / Internet teaching-related information, which is easy to operate with full functions, high extensibility and high security. Most importantly, the system can realize the management of student enrollment, teaching plan, opening and selection of courses, student scores and teaching resources. At the same time, the system can realize all kinds of basic information storage, query and statistics, tabulation and printing and information transmission and can bottom-up or top-down complete various types of business in the form of office automation by taking advantage of computer network.It was shown through test runs that the system basically met the design objectives and exhibited the advantages of covering a wide range of users, information synchronization and so on. Thus, it greatly improved the teaching management efficiency and significantly elevated the teaching management level of Shengli college, making a positive exploration and contribution to our informatization construction.
