The Design And Implementation Of A Web-based Employment Information System For Higher Vocational Education

With the increase in college entrance examination in recent years,the number of Yantai Engineering Vocational and Technical College students increased,the number of college graduates increased year by year.The information needed to deal with the Center for Employment Guidance continues to increase,resulting in increased workloads.Through the development of employment information management system,it can provide effective solutions to the employment management of university graduates,which can improve the effectiveness of the work and improve the employment rate.The purpose of this thesis is to develop a set of employment information management system for graduates of Yantai Engineering Vocational and Technical College,which makes the employment management of the college simple,convenient and efficient.The system can achieve the following functions: to enable students to timely retrieval of recruitment information;easy to publish recruitment information,job hiring notice,business management related job information;can quickly and accurately statistics of employment-related data.Based on the analysis of the background and research status of the employment management development of Yantai Engineering Vocational and Technical College,this paper designs the function and performance requirements of the system for the employment and management of the employment information management system.This paper uses the.NET Framework-based application system to meet the different functional requirements of different users,and makes the overall design of the system according to the requirements of the system.According to the previous needs analysis,the system is divided into several different modules,and then for each module for analysis and design,and finally the data needs of the module for database structure design.The system includes a registered user management module,a graduate employment module,an enterprise recruitment module and an employment management module.There are several small modules related to the main modules.The system can be updated timely and is operational friendly.With the purpose of enhancing the system's security,the use of authority to a clear division of the effective maintenance of data maintenance to ensure the safe operation,the user is divided into four: system administrators,job managers,employers,graduates,each Level 1 users can view their own level of information and perform the appropriate level of operation.Yantai Engineering Vocational and Technical College employment management system design and implementation,to meet the school employment management of the basic requirements.At the same time,for the employer and school cooperation,school-enterprise cooperation,mutual benefit and win-win situation provides a good environment for the efficiency of employment management has played an important role.
