Takes The Design And Development Of Paperless OA System Of College

Paperless Office Automation(OA) is based on Computer Technology, Communication Technology,System Science and other Advanced Science.It continues to make people working by all kinds of office equipments.These office equipments and office workers consist in a man-machine information resoucre.The system uses information resoucre to improve the efficiency of working.With the development of Modern Science Technology,especially with the fast development of Computer Technology and Network Technology,Office Automation applys deeper in all kinds of Technology Domains,becomes an important part of college information infrastructure.The paper introduces the concept of OA and the status of current development inland and oversea,also by its correlative technology.we can have a whole recognition with OA.To conduct the exploration of OA system,the key is to analyse,design and model OA.,(Unified modeling Language(UML) is a modeling language that can be applied for a large scale system.UML supports Not only the analysis and designing of Object-Orientation,but also software development.It is not a standard development procedure.During actual developingt and designing,UML needs the concrete process to support.Rational Unified Process(RUP) uses all kinds of interative and incrementive process driven by usecase and based on framework. When RUP is combined with UML in actual developing process,it is fit for intuiting and clearing the analysis and design of system and can reduce the risk of the system development.In the paper,as a case of designing and developing an OA System,the author is analyzing the initially requirement of whole system,finding out some important functions which the system must implement,describing the overall design idea of the system.The paper clarifies how to use Workflow Technology to deal with matters which is based on workflow in OA system,aslo describes how to allow a workflow administrator implementing and defining a specific workflow in the system by using certain authority,establishing freely and valuable file layout template and how to allow files,information or task to transfer between participants according to the specific regulations in whole workflow.In the end,this article introduces the design and implementation of the Doc Management Subsystem with the application of workflow technique in details.
