Business Intelligence System In Mobile E-Commerce

Business Intelligence System is a new decision support system, modern enterprises use its management information systems based on traditional database through the main source of information to build data warehouses, support data mining and multidimensional analysis and create reports which transfer that large amounts of data to useful information, setting off a new wave of information technology. As China's mobile communications industry spring up, operators want to learn more urgent new business service. With massive amounts of business data, using business intelligence solution that can effectively improve business support capabilities and enhance market competitiveness. This article is based on mobile's data of USSD usages to build data warehouses, multidimensional analysis and reporting demonstrated by the business intelligence technology to the practice.In this paper, based on existing business database platform and customer information systems, through the analysis of corporate background, combined with the actual identification of enterprises to fix the company's new business applications of USSD as its theme, and build the conceptual model, logical model and physical model; After data extraction, cleaning, equipment changing and loading to data warehouse, OLAP online analytical techniques through the analysis of the data processed to the form of reports to the manager. Using Microsoft SQL Server and Office to design, SQL Server's Integration Service as a data extract, transform, load tools, Relational Engine as a data warehouse and data mart, Reporting Service Analysis Service as a data analysis and data mining tools, Office showed the Interactive report to decision-makers. Finally comparing the new business usages through different business type, different areas, different customers, demonstrated the development prospects for new mobile services, and to provide reference for decision-making to managers. By browsing the model prediction models and to realize the system has a good general-purpose nature of the heterogeneous enterprise of all kinds of information into decision support knowledge, ultimately presented to the user knowledge to support business decisions.
