GPRS coal ground wind wells multi-parameter monitor system adopts GPRS technology instead of traditional wired communications, can effectively control and management of coal mine safety state, the gas and air pressure, such environmental safety data sharing and form an all-round ability of fast reaction, through monitoring system and computer network to mine production safety automatically real-time detection and prevention, effective protection analysis of coal mine safety and ensure the life producer of the normal operation of facilities, improve the level of modernization of mine.According to the general packet radio service (GPRS) in the basic theory, based on the existing technology, comprehensive utilization of the computer control technology, GPRS technologies such as technology, database technology, puts forward integrating remote monitoring, information management and network technology in the integrated system solutions, and discussed the hardware, software algorithm design ,serial communication protocol,and monitoring center of the system structure and function design.Based on the above theory, this paper mainly studied on the following:Monitor terminal (RTU) hardware design mainly adopts DSP as the core of the terminal handling monitoring,according to the main parameters such as monitoring fan current, voltage, stop, wind pressure, wind wells chamber.it export low-thick methane signal characteristic, using DSP for high-speed data acquisition and processing, according to the monitoring center command corresponding data processing and transmitting data.Using GPRS module as communication, fully utilize the GPRS technologies bestrow scope, need not special laying low cost and operation circuit with RS-232 advantages of wireless network interface, realizing the rapid data and transmission.Using the software system monitoring in VB6.0 by use of real-time data acquisition program control, data processing and real-time display, print and alarm function. Through ADO object model and ODBC interface, and the operating system database server for real-time data interaction. The client using computer network technology, using the B/S model of system operating data remote transmission, so can query real-time and historical data, and to realize the resource share.The whole system has been tested for a long time in the coal mine locale,and the result argued that the function and performance of the system accorded with the anticipant purpose and request,and this test was also provided much data for improving and perfecting the product in the future.
