In recent years, with the rapid development of the electronic and control technology, intelligence traffic system based on embedded technology is become one of the hottest arguments. The vehicle equipment monitors system based on the embedded technology integrates with embedded, computer, network technology etc. We can ride conveniently, guarantee the safety effectively, and provides the various convenient severve through this system.This paper introduces the scheme of vehicle monitor system based on Windows Embedded CE6.0. As we adopt this scheme, we can decrease the complex of the system and run up the cycle of the product. At the same time, the stability of the system is increased; the difficulty of debugging system becomes easier; so we can update the system easily. This system has the better human-machine interface, we can operate conveniently. The application of FRAM is the vehicle platform in the real time data. This memory can endure lots of time read and write operation. They not only can read-write rapidly like random access memory, but also guarantee the data chronically. So they very adopt the situation of the vechile.In controlling network, this paper introduces the mix CAN/LIN structure and communication of CAN/LIN in order to drop expends, the complexity of the design, increases the application and feasibility. At the same time, we can reduce the cost and the complexity. So the degree is boosted up in the application and the feasibility.Finally, this paper analyses the feature of Windows Embedded CE6.0, the structure of Kernel, Operation, and Scheduling Algorithms. On this basis, setting up and configuring the real-time embedded operation, and then building the opertation system of vehicle monitor and the application of comsumers, compiling the hardware driver. In order to adapte update needs, reserving the interface of the software and the hardware.
