The Research And Development Of Reconfigurable Workshop Management System

With the rapid development of the informationization, people are more urgently pursuing the management system, which is integrated information technology and advanced management ideas, maximization of social wealth. With the appearance of advanced technology,such as MPR ERP and so on, which to some extent had satisfied the people's needs, but as the global economic integration, the enterprises in market competition, on the basis of how to let the production system meet the requirements , shortening market response, the enterprise strategic adjustment, call our great attention. The reconfigurable manufacturing management system subsequently appeared in largely can meet these needs.Due to the complexity ,diversity and variety of the workshop,which lead to it owning the great flexibility of itself. This paper is just to satisfy the requirements, and systematically discusses how to develop reconfigurable workshop management system.Firstly,according to the requirements,the paper introduced the technology of the system development ,which had been adapted, then based on the detailed investigation results, and on the analysis of the characteristics of workshop,had given the production model, which include workshop activity process model, operation model, information model. The function of the system has carried on the particular analysis, this paper as well as expounds the general thought of the system design, the system structure, the user role model, and the function model, and at last, the system total function structure design of workshop management system, and generally elaborated the method how to let the system realized reconfigurability.
