Workshop APS Design Specialized To Advanced Manufacturing Modes For Small And Medium Sized Enterprise

From the development process of manufacturing industry, we can find out that promoting development of manufacturing industry with information technology have become a kind of certain trends。To meet the demand of network production model which is one of representatives of advanced production model, and make the most advantages of advanced manufacturing shop's efficientance and flexibility, this paper made a deeply, systematic research on the key technical problems of the advanced manufacturing shop's production planning and control system。In this thesis, firstly, the development and function of APS were summarized, Secondly, the design of plan scheduling system and the content of scheduling technology were discussed in details, Taking the Corporation of Jinan Ying Te as background which produced show case, based on the analysis of Job shop Production flow, the work center present situation, the bills of materials, this paper found out the problem in the planning and the manufacturing bottleneck and constructed the plan scheduling and execution system based on optimizing scheduling。Finally, this paper developed the software of the advanced manufacturing shop's production planning and scheduling module of planning and control system by using database development tool PowerBuilder 7.0 and advanced language and technology such as Oracle, and resolved the problem of complicated and disordered scheduling of the enterprise。...
