| Existing management information system was developed for the enterprises, these systems has played a good role in the factory and mass production of products. These systems reduced the cost of the enterprises and improved operational efficiency of the enterprises. At the system integration companies, the existing management information systems constrained the development of enterprises, because these information systems were too complex and huge to completely meet the business process of the companies. The paper introduced the contractualization management model and the management information system based on the characteristics and development models of the system integration to enhance the management level of the enterprise and optimize resource allocation of the enterprise.The systems integration enterprises shared a few characteristics such as intellectual and knowledge-intensive, big R&D investment, and product quantities of small, short, personalized, customized and high value-added, these features determined that the systems integration enterprises had to be paramount for the purpose of innovation, and make a rapid response for the market, at the same time, these enterprises should establish a set of suitable management information system by using the contractualization management model.The contractualization management model which based on the basic activity of the enterprise refered to the mode of normal contract. The managers of the enterprise established the first party and the second party of the contractualization management model by analyzing the operation and management of enterprise and identifying the associated activities, then these managers would manage the proper activities of the first party and the second party. The management information system must be based on the contractualization management model, the use of the appropriate management information system would standardize the enterprise operations, improve business management and execution. |
