With the globalization of economic and the development of science and technology, the enterprises from different industry are facing fierce competition. To follow the trend of information technology and to make their business an edge in the competition, more and more enterprises established their own Enterprise Management Information System (MIS), relying on computer software and hardware technology, networking and communications technology to realize the management of an enterprise and exchange of information.Enterprise management information system has been deeply infiltrated into the business operations of various business fields. Becoming more and more closed with enterprises, MIS had to meet increasingly high requirements. After years of development, MIS's theory had become mature and its realizing technologies are more and more advanced, which resulted a number of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technologies. Through integrating method, these technologies combined different functions. So the whole system can be fully shared between the various subsystems, coupled with each other at the same time, and can be developed, maintained and upgraded separately. The application of workflow technology in the enterprise MIS makes the system more flexible and powerful, especially in the Office Automation Systems. With the rapid development of communication technology, business data and transactions among enterprises could be transferred through the Internet. Microsoft Corporation developed .NET Framework to meet these needs. . NET Framework's integration starts from the bottom of different Internet standards, and can support Web Services, so that programs can easily access data from multiple sites. Extensive use of XML language makes it easy to exchange data between different computer systems. .NET also allows developers to access data more easily and easier to code Web Application Programs for different browsers and devices. Based on the above research, this subject designed an Enterprise Management Information System. The operation of the system proved that these techniques and theoretical are rigor and practical. Based on the effect of the actual application of the system, I have made a summary and outlook for the system's architecture and development prospects.
