Research On The Construction Of Management Information System For Communication Service Enterprise

Under the background of the continuous development of computer and communication technology,the level of information technology in China has developed rapidly under the support of national policies.This paper takes China Communications Service Co.Ltd(CCS),as the research entry point,analyzes its development,describes the construction of its management information system,and makes a comparative analysis before and after the improvement to show the impact of the update and improvement of the management information system on the enterprise.This paper analyzes its functional indicators from the organizational structure and management system before the improvement of the management information system of CCS,its financial indicators from the profitability,solvency,operating capacity and dividend profit,selects the data from 2013 to 2015 before the improvement of its management information system,and analyzes the construction process of the management information system of communication service enterprises The existing problems are classified as follows:the construction of management information system in communication service enterprises is characterized by "information island",low integration,lack of system management system,standards and planning,and lack of strategic objectives of management information system.Therefore,CCS is subject to the following aspects to improve the management information system:strengthen the integration of the management information system,improve the software and hardware of the management information system,accelerate the establishment of the management system and standards,and set up the strategic objectives of the management information system.In this paper,after the improvement of the management information system,i.e.2016-2018,the financial indicators and functional indicators are analyzed.The management organization structure of CCS is more reasonable,the project management system is more scientific,and the internal subsystem functions are more diversified;the profitability,debt paying ability,operating ability,dividend profit situation are all in a positive transformation,forming a contrast with the previous improvement.It shows that the improvement of management information system is of great significance.It also shows that the improvement measures of management information system are solid and effective,and can really promote the development of enterprises.
