Design On SOA-based Enterprise Material Resources Management System And Its Development

Research and development of enterprises information systems is the key to the success of the information construction. Systems integration and intensive enterprise information management are technical problems urgently need to be resolved. The company, we studied on this subject in Gas (Group) Co., Ltd., has made achievements of whole business progress, network construction, and capital accumulation. It has gradually entered into a good circulation. But in order to control unproductive expenditure, lower production consumption, reduce production costs and stop material purchasing out of line, necessary technical means are still lack. According to the needs of enterprise management, this paper has developed the enterprise materials management information system based on SOA to support the intensive management.This paper first introduces basic princples of Enterprise Information System Construction and relative technologies facing to service system construction. Then considering the actual situation of the Gas Company and through actual inspection of the actual needs, we designed the framework of material management system for Gas Network Company and its database system architecture. During the system development, we studied and analysed the equipment and material management of Gas Group, mainly to material circulation, also considering the organizational structure management. We have finished a total design for the material management system based on SOA facilitied to middle scale and small companies. A material management prototype system has been developed, which includes the procurement management subsystem, warehouse management subsystem, department items management subsystem, fixed asset management systems, parts subsidiary management subsystem and maintenance subsystem. The developed system also supports the multiple conditions enquiries.The applications of the system in the enterprise abolishes the traditional manual data archiving management, improve the mode and operation of the management enterprises, accelerate the process of modernization of material management of the company, improve sharing of existing material and staff's work efficiency. Thereby, it can be used for improving the management level of enterprises materials and decision-making ability.
