Recently, mobile operators, aside from providing basic voice-calling services, also launched massive other services such as short-messaging, USSD(Unstructured Supplementary Service Data),WAP(Wireless Application Protocol),GPRS (General Packet Radio Service )and so on.. The largest market clout and most intensive client basic service of the Mobile value-added service is the short-messaging service.SMS (Short Message Service) has become one of the indispensable parts in people's day to day lives. Its status in the national economy is becoming more and more important. Recently, there are three major ways to send short messages: First of all, Gateway mode, handing in one's petition to the current telecommunications sector; meanwhile, it do not require additional equipment. It is applicable to large communications enterprises, like HuaWei, ZTE and so on. Secondly, terminal mode: by using CSM modem, mobile phone, which is available for AT command, or some other equipment. This method, which is more applicable for small-scale companies and individuals, send messages through computer. Thirdly, using some websites; and it is very simple. However, since it has a high dependence of the network; it is not suitable for developing projects.This passage mainly focuses on supplier management system based on the message of the research platform.
